I love this freezer....it's working great! It's quiet, and I love the extra features of being able to set the exact temperature and switch to refrigerator if you so choose. Upright models are much better...I can see everything easily, especially with the bright light and the shelves keep items organized...so, less open-door time.

This is a perfect garage freezer for our needs. There is plenty of useable space for the size. And if our needs change, we can use it as a refrigerator. Delivery was great.

Bought this to replace an old chest freezer. Price was great and there’s a ton of room inside. Great purchase!

I love the fact that you can use it for a freezer or a fridge. I bought one for a deep freezer and caught the other on sale for a garage fridge because I like it so much. It beeps if the door is left open too long but I wish it had WiFi for when I’m too far away from it. It would be nice to get notifications for temps and if it’s left open too long.

Works great. Perfect for extra room during hunting season or freeze vegetables from garden.

Love that this can be a fridge or a freezer it’s very spacious and love that it was a quick freeze option on it so if you need to go from fridge to freezer it doesn’t take hours to do so

Excellent freezer for the price. It will hold a lot a food and the shelves make it easy to organize everything. The option to make it a refrigerator is a huge bonus.

What I liked about this purchase , I did not have to go into the store. My current freezer was failing and I called the store talked to John. He sent me a link to review the freezer, I ordered and it was delivered in three days. Correct size and a little larger. Price was good. So was customer service .

We bought this to replace a fridge/freezer combo we had in our garage. The fridge part was freezing food in a certain area, on a certain shelf - it was bizarre. We didn't really utilize the freezer portion of that unit, so when we found this model that allowed us to turn the entire thing into a fridge we were pretty excited. The temperature stays very consistent with what you set the unit to. There is a premium feel to the unit whenever you open the door, you hear a tone, and see the display light up. We're very happy with our purchase, and recommend this anyone looking to add some additional fridge or freezer space in their garage :)

The threads on the handle set screws were not tapped properly. As a result, it was not possible to attached the handle securely. Contacting customer service was a hassle and extremely frustrating. After inputting numbers on the phone (e.g., press 1 for this, press 2 for that, etc. ) The first person told me she couldn't help and I would have to go to the store. The store told me I had to call the 800 number. I finally connected with some one who found the transaction and said they would send a replacement, but it was out of stock so it would take a couple of weeks. A month later, I am still waiting for the handle.

I love this upright freezer in the stainless steel. It is easy to use and you can easily adjust the temp you want. It reads the temp on the outside so you can see. Best one for me so far.

BOUGHT 2 OF THESE UPRIGHTS. Had to exchange the one we were using as a freezer since it was not freezing at 0 and -1 degrees. Once exchanged love them both. Exchange process was easy and was not given a hard time about it. The customer service was great. Probably should have gotten the bigger sizes but still hold a decent amount at this size. Using them in the garage.

Perfect size and works well. Delivery was on time, and the delivery guys were nice and professional.

Nice size freezer and good quality. Perfect for organizing food vs. a chest freezer. I do like that it can be used a fridge if I decide to do so.
