The Geek Squad arrived with the new freezer in the nick of time. The food in the old freezer was transferred be it had thawed. They were very efficient in taking the old freezer out, waited patiently while I cleaned the area and made sure I was satisfied with the installation.

Only had this a few days but I'm loving it. We will see how it goes I am using it as a freezer.

This was an easy install and start. Solid, well built and so far all is good. Using it as a freezer and it froze the ice trays very quickly upon its start.

Plugged it in! After a few hours it cooled down to 0 degrees. It does exactly what it's supposed to do. Lots of interior room, well laid out. Good bright light. What more can you ask?

I noticed my food spoiling more quickly than my other fridge. I was throwing out a lot of moldy cheeses and vegetables on a regular basis. I set up 2 different types of properly calibrated thermometers in the fridge - one on the middle shelf and one on the door shelf. I made sure the door was not opened for less than 4 hours. The thermometer is set at 35F, but the interior of the fridge will not go below 40F. Checking regularly, the temp is still consistently running at 40F. This is dangerous. Looking into this problem, I found this to be a very common complaint. The freezer gets to freezing temperature so the unit is certainly capable of maintaining a proper refrigerator temp and yet it won't get to 35F. My unit is no longer under warranty, but I consider this to be actually a defect.

So far so good! The freezer up until now we can't complain about what we got. Appears to be of good quality for the money. Would have liked to have payed the lower price.

Excellent customer service got it to us quickly and then I just had to plug it in. It freezes quickly and stays very clean because there no ice build up

It's a good freezer, and it's nice to have the digital display to show the temperature setting and measurement. It also has a warning to display if the door is open, which is good for piece of mind.

Very happy with our purchase of the refrigerator. As a second refrigerator it is just perfect. I have already recommended it to friends.

The freezer is what was advertised. It was delivered when promised. It is very efficient and fits just where I need it to.

I have a problem with the refrigerator door opening on its own. On 3 occasions we have walked in to the food totally defrosted. The first time we thought someone must have left it open, trashed the food, and restarted. The second time we were scratching our heads, the third time we saw that the door will open on its own for some strange reason, At this point, it has caused us money and I am disappointed. This is my third standing refrigerator freezer - and the only reason I bought this one was for aesthetics. I am disappointed. We never had a problem with the others.
