This freezer was the best addition for our garage. Plenty of drawer and shelf space,, so much easier than digging through a chest freezer

Love the interior light and the temperature when opening the door! Also, availability was scarce, however, Best Buy had it in stock.

I like my new freezer very much. I am short and I can reach the top shelf easily.

I will not be purchasing another product from Best Buy bought this freezer in March 2024. I don’t know how long but we discovered it’s been leaking and when it started leaking it brought about pest in our home they came to exchange it and they said to me, they can’t exchange it because it’s infected. Well it wouldn’t be infected if it wasn’t leaking so now I had to contract Orkin and it’s still leaks and the critters are still there and they’ve left me in a position where they want me to put it outside on my deck overnight, but if I do that, what do I do about my food that’s in the freezer bad customer experience

staff was super. Had a minor hiccup with delivery but your folks took care of it right away

Great fridge/freezer. Stays frost free, cools down very fast and digital screen makes for easy adjustment.

By the time we finally got it, we used it as a refrigerator. It work well, kept everything cold. Once our Refrigerator came we turned the freezer into a freezer. That worked as it should

I can keep my vegetables fresh and then when the season is over I can freeze my goods. Great idea without having two purchase two items

1 week into ownership and so far so good. Like the fact that shelves are glass and not wire ones. Removing 1 star for the fact that external temp display does not show current temp inside but it is only for adjustment.

Great choice for a spare Refrigerator/freezer. Simple controls for switching between the two. Bright with plenty of space.

It's a freezer. We have had it a month, the food is frozen! It does look good and the controls are easy to read and configure.

Who would have thought we'd have so much trouble finding a freezer when our old freezer conked out. The usual appliance stores had none. As a last resort we tried Best Buy and were lucky to find the Insignia 13.8 cu ft upright convertible freezer/refrigerator in stock. The salesman told us they were made by Frigidare, he had 57 of them, and they were going fast. That was good enough for me. Not only were they able to deliver the freezer in 3 days, and not 3 months, but the delivery guys called at 7AM and asked if we wanted to move our delivery up to first delivered AM. Great job and thank you for that. The freezer is everything we needed, it's cold, it doesn't take up a lot of space, it's quiet, not complicated to use, and it has room for frozen foods and meats we occasionally buy on sale. We had a 15.7 cubic foot Kenmore. This one is slightly smaller but it swallowed up everything we had in the old freezer with room to spare.
