And if you call in and report an issue, they do troubleshooting and then tell you they have to escalate it up to 96 hours. Not 24-48… 96 hours to wait to even have your issue escalated up. I work for Home Depot, and every manufacturer has a better turn around, GE, LG, Samsung, Electrolux/Whirlpool… this will definitely be my last Insignia purchase

Melted all food 3 times in a little over a year!

This is the third time it has melted down everything inside the freezer. The first two times I thought the kids had left the door open. This time my wife noticed the rolls she pulled out were soft. I checked everything and it seemed to be working. No codes or warm warning alarm so I unplugged it for a bit wondering if the defrost setting was stuck on. I closed it and turned on quick freeze. This morning everything was melted down.

The product was damaged when I received it and it has taken 3 phone calls over 2 weeks and still no confirmation on replacement. The delivery team said someone would be calling in 24 hours and no such luck. I have called 3 times and each time there is a new excuse. This is a big fail Best Buy!!
