    Overall good product but surprised that it is totally open on the lower back of the unit where the motor is. Seems they could have put a protective screen or grate over it.

  • Better look into a extended warranty

    Worked great until it didn’t. Don’t even last 2 years. Warranty only covers the first 12 months. One repair guy wouldn’t even come look at it because parts are hard to find and the second one said it wasn’t worth it to fix. $300-$350 to replace the condenser. So if you get this I would get an extended warranty.
