    I would prefer to give -0- stars. This unit stopped working after 13 months. My entire freezer full of food spoiled as the freezer turned off. Since I did not purchase an extended warranty, I'm being asked to pay a $129 service charge. I've tried to find other appliance repair companies to come to fix, but have been told that Insignia parts are difficult to get so most companies don't service this appliance. I do not recommend this product or Best Buy.

    It freezes stuff, it's at a good price point. The brushed metal looks a little worse for wear after a short time, but then again it's in the garage.
