    Nice freezer, far more accessible than my previous chest unit. my only negative remarks would be unit needed drawers instead of shelves. I had to improvise with plastic containers.

    Freezer has such a tight suction when opening the freezer door. The entire freezer moves each time it opens. Had it replaced and the replacement is the same. The delivery guys experienced the same.

    bought it...had to wait several days before it was there for me to pick up. Took it home...didn't work. Called and was told they would send some one to fix it...then they called and said no bring it back they would exchange it. A lot of work for me..for a mistake make by your company.

    The display is so small. That you can tell if it’s on or not. It stop working on me couple of times. Almost lost my food. Had to reset couple of time. I won’t by this brand again
