This is a nice freezer. It has plenty of space, shelves, and converts into a refrigerator.

We were looking for the right upright freezer. Chest type freezers are fine, but too much bending required, and then having to stack foods on top of each other. This size of 13cf was perfect for our need. Plus, this is a convertible model that can be used as a freezer or refrigerator. Happy customer here!

I bought the freezer, and it was delivered on time, but I found out quickly it was not keeping things frozen. After a call to customer service, they replaced the freezer and took the one that did not work with no fuss and in a very timely manner. They did not have the same one in white, so they gave me a stainless one, which works fine.

It’s everything I was looking for. It was great and you can change the temperature however you want it to be. It got a lot of space and it’s so efficient.

Bought it as a garage freezer! It’s one of the few is available online due to pandemic, but it’s a quality built upright freezer. It’s super quiet!! Tested out the temperature range with my thermometer and it’s around +/- 3F. Very satisfied. Hi Very easy to add a few organizing bins and racks.

We love this freezer! Bought it in a pinch after a hunting trip and it was perfect. The size is big enough to hold an entire Elk plus some room to spare. It was easy to get out of the box and set up! It got to temperature quickly and it’s held up since! Plus, it looks sleek for the price point!

Perfect size. Love it. The color, the price, the size. The only thing I'm disappointed with, is it doesn't alert you when you've left the door ajar. And you have to make sure the door is shut. You can't just quickly shut it.

I was originally planning to purchase the 17 or 21 cubic feet option but saw the 13.8 cubic feet fridge inside the store and was impressed with the size and space on the inside. It was larger than I thought and the online photos doesn't do it justice. It was a quick delivery and set up. It isn't heavy and I'm able to maneuver it around my garage with ease. I use the quick freeze set up option and within 20 minutes to half an hour the fridge/freezer combo was cold. I'm using it as a freezer but it can be used as a fridge also. I plan to purchase another as it doesn't take up much space and it's aesthically pleasing and not outdated in appearance.

Great Fridge! Fridge looks great and runs quietly. Awesome feature to switch between fridge and freezer. Only complaint is that the screws that were supposed to be on the door to apply the handle were missing.

Perfect. I purchased this when my original freezer went out. While it's dual (refrig/freezer), it's well worth the investment. Very roomy, and I've received many compliments.

I bought this to freeze flat / store frozen breastmilk for my infant. I figured once I'm no longer nursing her, i can convert this into a fridge. Pros: - great size - has freezer / fridge options - affordable Cons: - REALLY hard to open (I hafta yank it, HARD, to open it) - it slides forward EVERY time I open it (it COULD be a combo of my flooring + the item being really hard to open)

We've had this maybe 3 weeks. We're only using it as a freezer, maybe never on the refrigerator option. Just this evening my wife said "Is it normal for a freezer to be this cold?" It is 0 degrees. And everything is frozen solid. It's a new experience for us as the "new" freon replacement in a fridge doesn't keep things solidly frozen. It's in our garage. It's early winter but temps keep rising and falling. This thing is constant on how cold everything is. So far we are VERY happy with this freezer!

Best Buy had the best price for this freezer compared to other retailers l. The freezer was delivered timely and fits well in its designated space.

I love this fridge. It looks narrow but has served my needs well for fulfilling baking orders. The freeze option is amazing when I need to cool product quickly. No regrets. The only thing I will say is that it tends to suffer a little in the Florida heat as a garage refrigerator. I did not use during the summertime in order to avoid any possibility of internal temperature fluctuations, which would range from 32-45 degrees during real feel 100F.

Upright Freezer 13.8 cu ft, excellent size for our family. We waited patiently for this freezer as we began our search in March 2020. None available anywhere! We always had a freezer but it was a chest type and it crashed at a time when none were available. We’re very happy with this purchase.

Love this freezer. This is our first upright freezer and I really love it. Works great and plenty of room for all our veggies from the garden. Works like a charm.
