To make it worse, there are limits on the range. So a 35 deg setting results in a refrigerator temperature of 41 and settings won't allow it to go lower the refrigerator application is worthless.

Not Keeping correct Temperature

Just came back to it with a bunch of thawed food. It wasn’t even warm outside today.

It is supposed to be a fridge/freezer. It did not freeze it never worked. It was a great price, great size and great layout inside but did not freeze...the reason for the purchase.

Not working - need help

I’ve been transferred to 6 different people at Best Buy and they told me I had to bring the freezer to the store. My husband and I are in our late 60/70’s and they want us to bring it to the store. Crazy!

It works for a while, and then without warning defrosts completely and all the food is spoiled. It is still under warranty, but Best Buy will not send a technician to my home, and will not repair it unless I physically bring the appliance into a Best Buy store.

We’re past the return window so I can’t even return it. We no longer trust the freezer and are trying to navigate the warranty process (not really expecting a long term fix). Avoid at all costs.

Can’t hold anywhere near set temp

Set it to 35 which is the lowest fridge temp you can set, put a wireless thermometer in there and its consistently over 42 degrees and never goes below 40. So if you like having lukewarm beverages. I would put it as a dont buy or dont use for any food needs. I haven’t tried the freezer because i didnt need a freezer.

I was told they would bring a replacement in two weeks. They didn’t show up. I was then told they would arrive the following Friday. They again did not show up or communicate in any way. It’s time to give up and cancel the charge on my card.

Delivery experience was the worst

Paid for haul away service and delivery. People did not take away on the first or second visit had to schedule a third visit.
