    Power cord not included. Best Buy exchanged the whole unit instead of just sending a power cord.

    At less than 18 months old the compressor has died and will cost more to fix than we spent on it. And of course, at over 12 months old, it isn't covered by warranty. When asked why the compressor died, the tech said "the brand".

    Great freezer except it came dented on each side but not the front. The delivery guys did not care. They ran it into the basement just as fast as they could hitting door handles and walls.

    Broken in under a month. Purchased on May 18th, broke June 7. Temp is at 60 degrees. Had to throw away $300 worth of food. No coverage in the warranty for that. Buyer beware on this one.

    I have two Insignia TVs and they are great so I thought this freezer would be great as well. I was wrong. The first one had a broken open door alarm. The replacement would not get below 56 degrees. I even set it to quick freeze mode which made no difference. I returned the second one and got a refund. Insignia should stick to making TV's
