My freezer broke suddenly, so we needed a quick replacement. this one was maarked down as a floor model but still worked perfectly. So far, it has been sturdy and reliable.

This garage standup freezer is not intrusive looning. Sllek easy to install and freezes pretty quickly. Enjoy the beep when the door is opened just wish it was louder beep.

Lots of space, pleasant design, energy efficient. This is a must have if you’re looking for a second Fridge and can be converted into a freezer at the touch of a button. Well worth the investment.

The salesperson was amazed at how well versed we were and the other person did buy it. You won't regret it. Currently, we are using it as a freezer because the one that came with the house 30 years ago died. It is amazing how much this holds, we are very satisfied.

I bought this freezer because I liked the dual functionality of it. I like that I can switch it to a refrigerator if needed. The freezer is AWESOME. It's so roomy. I actually want to buy a second one and use it as nothing but a refrigerator.

I bought the Insignia 13.8 cu. ft. Upright Freezer to store my Elk Meat. This freezer runs quiet, maintains temperature, and I love that it is easily converted to a Refrigerator with the touch screen.

This has been a lifesaver. I have one in the garage setup as a freezer and this one is in the lower level of my home. I set this one up as a fridge. Everything is perfect with this appliance. The delivery guys were great and the install went quickly and smoothly.

So far, I’m very happy with this appliance. I will be using it as a freezer. I try to keep my freezers very organized. I have plenty of room to do that. It freezes things very quickly. I’m still trying to organize things from my other freezer to use this freezer as an overflow. The delivery from Best Buy was spot on. Very friendly ,very thorough, and cleaned up. There’s not much of a users manual with this freezer, but it’s pretty self-explanatory. I would recommend this freezer to my friends and family. I would purchase it again if I needed an additional one.

We bought a quarter cow and needed some additional freezer space. Standing freezers like these are much more expensive than I imagined but we didn't have the space to fit a chest freezer. I like Best Buy and trust their product so Insignia seemed like a safe bet. So far we are very pleased with its performance and it's holding temp well. Much more roomy than I anticipated - I'm glad we didn't go with one of the larger 18-20Cu. Ft. models because I don't think we would have utilized the space very well.

I’ve been looking for a medium size freezer to put in my garage to have extra freezing space. After comparing brands and sizes, I purchased this freezer which was the perfect size for my space and reasonably priced on sale. I’ve had it for a little over three weeks and so far it’s working well. Love it

Awesome freezer. Well lit, lots of space for such a small footprint. Love that I can convert it to a fridge for parties. Super quiet. It has a small blue led that is lit if it has power to it so I always know if circuit is on.

Our freezer is just the right size. Easy installation. Initial cool down was quick. Maintains 0°. Electronica lock. Bonus feature: can be used as a refrigerator if we want. Good price.

So far, it's a great freezer. Everything stacks really well, it is lit on the inside, there is a drawer at the bottom which holds bags of frozen food. The size works well, its not too big for the space we have.
