Great product, easy to set function and temperature.

Very nice freezer. Wish we had purchased a little larger size but it is a good freezer for the price. We love the option to convert it to a refrigerator if wanted/need.

Nice freezer. Very good price. Delivery was on time and easy. This replaces a Galanz unit that died in less than a year. Hopefully this will last a lot longer.

I absolutely love this! I use it as a refrigerator, and it works perfectly. It was simple to adjust the temperature and it set quickly. The size is just right for the extra space I needed!

This is an excellent freezer for the price. It has ample room and is frost free. I like how it can be converted into a refrigerator if needed. I replaced a very old one with this model and it dropped my electric bill at least 100 Kwh the first month.

I already had a chest freezer for the garage and needed just a refrigerator. I found this model one to pick as the entire cubic ft is nothing but fridge, which wouldn’t be the case had I picked a split fridge/freezer model. This unit can also change to “freezer” mode but I doubt I’ll ever use this feature.

Purchased to replace a box freezer which was hard to store and find/retrieve frozen items from due to stacked atop each other. Great delivery and setup by Best Buy contracted crew. Works great, so easy to store and locate items. The only difficulty is the pressure pull on the door makes it hard to open. Secret seems to be use fingernail to just lightly break that pressure and door then easily opens. Appears there will be no problem avoiding any frost created inside the freezer by it sucking in any air with such a solid seal. Ability to convert it to a refrigerator by adjusting the temperature might be a benefit for those whom might need a 2nd refrigerator periodically.

I love it because it's un upright not a chest freezer. Easy access to the food and can categorize making it easy to find what I'm looking for. Oh, and I love the light being able to see everything as well.

Couldn’t be happier. As a freezer, it gets really cold! I have mine set to -10f. The seal is really good. It’s very quiet. The fridge option doesn’t matter to us, because we only ever plan to use as a freezer, so not worried about power loss freezing everything, like some have complained.

Brilliant idea a refrigerator or a freezer whenever I choose which one I want I can have product is nice it's great works great I am currently using it as a freezer but it is nice to know that if I need more refrigerator space I can change the setting and he'll use it as a refrigerator

Works perfectly. I like the thermometer on the outside, and the fact that it can be used as a refrigerator, also. Very spacious interior. Very happy with this purchase.

This is a great little freezer for the basement. It holds a tone of stuff, and the external temp controller makes it easy to set. Once again, the delivery team that delivered my order was amazing. They were in and out in no time, were polite, professional, and helpful.

We purchased one of the 13.8 versions of this and loved it. We decided to use the 13.8 Cu Ft version as a refrigerator in our garage and purchased the 17 Cu Ft version as a freezer for our garage. We love that they are convertible. So far they work perfect!
