Easy to set up. Looks really nice. The inside is large enough for us. The shelves in the door are very helpful for easy to grab items like freeze pops and low enough for the kids to grab them. It beeps when you open it and let's you know it's not closed.

Love it. Big enough to handle my needs. Slimmer than my old chest freezer.

BOUGHT 2 OF THESE UPRIGHTS. Had to exchange the one we were using as a freezer since it was not freezing at 0 and -1 degrees. Once exchanged love them both. Exchange process was easy and was not given a hard time about it. The customer service was great. Probably should have gotten the bigger sizes but still hold a decent amount at this size. Using them in the garage.

I am very satisfied with my purchase at this time. I have not had any problems so far. It does its job and is very slick looking in its place.

My other one was shy of six months before the warranty ran out when it broke down they just replaced it and the new one is working great and I upped up and got the five year warranty on it which covers food up to $300 too highly recommended to do that.

I would have given 4-1/2 Stars if I could. Only a couple of design issues (listed towards the end). I've been using the freezer for more than a month and a half and monitoring it during that time. No performance issues at all. Runs between 0 and -4 degrees when set at "00". Plenty of room inside and in the door. So Happy that I will not have to manually defrost the freezer anymore. It would be nice if they incorporated a temperature sensor so that at a glance you could see the internal temperature so that if there is an issue you will know it before it's too late. This is true for all cooling equipment but unfortunately very few have this feature. The display on the door is only for the temperature you set it at and it will disappear after a couple minutes. If you decide to use this unit as a refrigerator (simple to switch) and the power goes out, when the power comes back on it defaults back to a freezer and you will need to manually switch it back to refrigerator or end up with frozen food! If they would update the unit to fix these two issues, it would be a 5+ rating.

What I liked about this purchase , I did not have to go into the store. My current freezer was failing and I called the store talked to John. He sent me a link to review the freezer, I ordered and it was delivered in three days. Correct size and a little larger. Price was good. So was customer service .

The freezer if exactly what I expected and wanted. The delivery was so easy because the man who delivered the freezer was kind and helpful doing whatever needed to be done to set it up just right. Thank you for the service or ordering on line and receiving it in my home so quickly.

Bought this freezer to replace an aging freezer (17 years old) that was having trouble staying cold and running continuously. This one seems to be working just fine. Really like that you can set the actual temp right on the front of the door instead of having to adjust some dial inside that just uses some arbitrary numbers to represent warmest to coldest. And it appears to maintain the temp that you set based upon the thermometer we keep in the freezer to verify the freezer temp. We set it at -10 degrees and it stays at that temp. Also like that is has a light inside unlike our previous freezer. The bin on the bottom is also great for frozen foods like vegetables that come in plastic bags and don't stack well on the shelves. Would have preferred a lower price, but freezers seem to be in high demand and short supply right now, so we felt lucky that this on was even in stock.

Bought this because we need to have more fridge space, but we really like that we could use it as a freezer one day if we wanted.

Went from a chest to upright, love being able to see what is in the freezer. Basic look and check to make sure it will fit in your space. Door shuts tight.

This is an excellent freezer. I love that you can go back and forth. I have only used the freezer side so far but it is spacious and easy to get to everything. Love it!

I love the fact that with a simple push of a button it transfers to a refrigerator. Great idea!!!

Exactly what I wanted. It is very roomy and holds a large quantity of drinks. (I wanted it mainly for canned and botted drinks). Keeps everything very cold.

PERFECT SIZE FOR OUR LOCATION AND SPACE WHERE WE PLACED IT.

Easy set up. Had it programmed in a jiffy and it was cooling in just a few hours. I will primarily use this as a freezer. This appliance doubles as BOTH a full-size stand-alone refrigerator AND freezer. Love that flexibility if needed.

Great freezer with option to convert to refrigerator. The storage is more than adequate for the small size I purchased. I appreciate the digital control and display on the outside of the door. The door alarm is a plus. I am very happy with the purchase.

We actually purchased 3 of these. 2 replaced chest freezers . . . tired of losing items to the bottom LOL. One was put in pantry to hold the extras when entertaining or just needing extra space. Happy with all 3.

I purchased this freezer after looking at many brands. It is a good size for an extra freezer. I like the digital temperature on the outside, and the ease of adjusting it. It seals really well and keeps the temperature perfectly.

Great Fridge! Fridge looks great and runs quietly. Awesome feature to switch between fridge and freezer. Only complaint is that the screws that were supposed to be on the door to apply the handle were missing.
