I am more than pleased with my purchase of the Insignia Freezer/Refrigerator. I have been looking for 6 months and the excellent reviews and price was my deciding factor. I bought 2 units to replace an old side by side. Now I can but in bulk when items are on sale. I have no doubt that they will pay for themselves in time but also energy savings as well. One is being used as a freezer the other as a fridge.

Great standup chest freezes instantly with a normal feature you just set.

I've had it for only a few months, but so far, so good. Holds temperature well and I have not had any issues.

I am using this as an extra fridge in our garage. Works perfectly - just the right size. I love the fact that I can use it as a freezer as well if I ever need to. I am very happy with this purchase.

There is plenty of room, the light makes everything very visible. It keeps food frozen solid, and I can change the temperature to exactly where I want it.

No complaints. We are using as a freezer and it got cold quickly. Plenty of room to organize. It has a lock function to keep you from accidentally toggling between fridge and freezer.

Saw this Upright Freezer on line, then went into the store, never know what these actually look like until you see them. I loved it just from being in the store. I ordered this and when I got it and installed it, I feel in love all over again. I had a chest freezer this is a game changer, no more having to dig. Plenty of room for me and my needs. I cook a lot for my family and when we are together there is a total of 6 of us. I love being able to store meat and have it on hand.

Really enjoy our purchase... and to be able to convert it to a refrigerator is nice - if we ever need to do that in the future. Keeps food frozen solid and is a nice size for the two of us.

Love that freezer .Very quit and clean looking and has a lot of space inside .The main reason I choose this one is because you can switch it to a fritch should you need that more at one point .I might never switch it to a fritch but it's nice to have that option .

I can't give it five stars because I've only had it a month. I've got two chest freezers and have been wanting an upright. I bought a whole cow that was processed and the upright freezer works great. I'm able to keep everything separated with it having shelves.

The fact that it can be used as refrigerator or freezer is great. It looks good and is very large inside.

Great freezer. Everything we wanted in an upright freezer. Love it! However, we were promised a $150 promotional gift card when we purchased this and have been told online- "nope". I was directed to go to Best Buy directly and discuss this matter. I even screenshot the promotional gift card when I purchased this freezer. I may need to edit this review when I speak directly to Best Buy. One of the attractive reasons of this freezer was an additional gift card.

Works perfectly for the application. Good spot in the garage, it takes up very little space.

I love this Freezer and love the ability to switch to Refreigerator. It tells you the temp inside the unit on the front door. Perfect---they were thinking when they built this unit. I totally recommend this Freezer/Refrigerator, you won't be sorry.
