So far the appliance is working great. The delivery was fine, except its dropped off and the go. You have to unbox it and hope its not damaged and its works. Unboxing this was a challenge. If this was delivered to a home that was not able to do this, it would have to sit there unboxed and not be able to use it or even find out if it works. Too soon to tell if I'd recommend it. Have not had it long enough.

We bought this in March of 2021, we love it. We currently use it as a freezer, but it can be set as a refrigerator as well. We like it so much we are getting ready to order another one! We did add a separate thaw sensor to it because the door was left ajar a little once (human error) and no alarm went off and stuff did thaw out. It's price actually went down from when we first got it.

We bought 2 of these for our garage. One is set as a freezer and one is set as a fridge. We love them. They are the perfect size and work great. Would highly recommend!

Had this freezer delivered at the end of October. It replaced a 12-year-old Kenmore upright freezer. Have unit in basement as back up. So far, this freezer has been great. Do not plan to use as a refrigerator, already have a one next to it.

Works great. Easy to level, we keep it in the garage. Perfect for random ice cream and extra meat. Has a quick cool function and you can use this as a fridge or freezer.

This freezer is a great addition to our home allowing us to keep more frozen foods available. We keep it in our garage for easy access. Runs quiet and has ample storage.

Perfect size for our needs. Thee glass shelves instead of wire are a definitely a plus. I like the fact that it can be used as a fridge or a freezer too. Would recommend to anyone.

Love the option of freezer or refrigerator. The freezer gets to set temp quickly. It runs quietly and the digital panel on the door let me know that it's running as expected whenever I walk by.

Have only had it for a couple of weeks . so far everything seems to be in good working order the only drawback is the it takes a lot of effort to open the door most of the time

Freezer delivery was spot on. Delivery personel were friendly and considerate. Freezer started up and was operating at proper temperatures within 6 hrs. Before this freezer bought from a competitor after i got it in position plugged it in after setting for 2 hrs and it ran for 30sec. then had to remove and take bake for refund. Thank you.,

Love the space it has, the light inside and the digital temperature gauge on the outside. I like to sort my frozen food in plastic bins, and the shelving space is great for this. 5 stars!

Searched for a new freezer for a good long while. This was best deal found. Even at the price, still found a LOT of features I hadn't realized or expected. VERY happy. Freezer is nice than expected :)

Great extra freezer for garage. Got cold fast, quiet and lots of usable space. Just wish thermo gave actual temp along with desired temp.will switch to fridge when family in town.

Me and my wife love our new freezer plenty of room and works great would definitely recommend it for those who need a new freezer.

Works accordingly as advertised. Lots of storage space. Quiet when running. Doesn't seem to run much. I got the 5 year warranty with it. So far very pleased.

I absolutely love my freezer. It a perfect size for my family, and during these times I wanted to stock up on meats and this has plenty of room.
