So happy with this size freezer. Bought new custom home refrigerator/freezer built into kitchen counter size not enough freezer space. Put this in my laundry room & works perfect in size & appearance. We are very happy & would recommend this alternative to anyone that needs more freezer space.

Perfect Garage freezer for the space we have for it. Unfortunately had to downsize from the 21 CU ft because the door hit our garage stairs (barely) and couldn't completely open. Unable to go with the 17 CU Ft model because it's only shorter, so it would have had the same door swing distance issue. On this model there is no way to change the side the door opens from. Best buy was fantastic with the exchange process, dropped of the smaller one, picked up the bigger one and discounted me the price difference.

This the perfect size and a good price. We actually bought a second one as a gift.

Great freezer! Works great and stays cold. I really like the door chime if the door is left open. It also can be used as a refrigerator which is also nice. It cooled very fast as soon as we plugged it in. Had it about 2 months now and it works great.

This is a great secondary fridge or freezer. I use this as additional storage for bulk items and beverages. I have two one as a fridge and the other as freezer.

This freezer is awesome. I recommend it for all your family needs. I have kept my freezer needs organized, fully frozen, and its convertible (freezer/refrigerator) function came in handy when my main refrigerator broke. Saved the expense of replacing all that food, etc. 10* on 5* range!

Best Buy did a great job with delivery. I never thought this would be something I commented about. It was delivered intact with all packaging left in the delivery truck. I purchased a comparable refrigerator from a competitor a week earlier. Hands down, Best Buy our performed. Also, the features on the freezer are really neat!

Replaced my chest freezer with this upright freezer. Now I have access to all my frozen food because I have vision of all my food. It will save me time and money in the future.

We needed extra freezer space so we went with this Freezer/Refrigerator. It’s very nice looking on the outside and has great space on the inside. We are using it as a freezer at the moment but it’s nice to know we can use it as refrigerator in the future if needed.

It was the beat purchase. Better than i had hoped. Very roomy and works perfectly. Would definitely buy again.

Exactly as described, inside feels bigger than I was expecting! Runs quiet and I love that i control the temperature! No complaints however summer temps will tell as it will be in the garage.

The freezer is great. Great features, bright inside, very easy to find everything. Very clean and spacious! This purchase was suppose to come with a 100 dollar Best Buy gift card that never showed up. It took 2 weeks to get anyone on the phone from Best Buy customer service after a huge run around just for them to tell me that they couldn’t see the promotion I was talking about on anyone else’s purchases that day! Then when I asked to speak to a manager I sat on hold for 35 minutes waiting for someone to pick up. When someone finally did pick up they said they couldn’t do anything to help me. I’ve purchased almost every appliance in my house over the years from Best Buy, but this will be the last! I know this is just suppose to be a review of the product, but hopefully it helps anyone who expects good customer service when they are thinking about spending so much money from a company in times like these!

It runs very quietly. It is nice inside and outside. We keep it inside the house and it fits in well with our kitchen. We use it as a freezer. It's so easy to find what you are looking for compared to our old chest freezer.

This Insignia 13.8 cu. ft. Garage ready convertible upright freezer is the best thing that has happened to my family in recent times as we are totally in love with it. It has a large storage capacity that is just ideal for my family and saves one the stress of looking for stuff in it when you urgently need to make use of it unlike the traditional deep/chest freezers that we've always been used to. This is largely due to the fact that the storage racks are well spaced out. It's absolutely beautiful l must confess and works/freezes perfectly well.

Did not have high expectations but just needed an upright. I am AMAZED how efficient this freezer is. Super quiet! Uber cold, too! Cabinet condenser-no fans for heat dissipation. I expect to last MANY YEARS.
