I love that I chose an upright model because of the ease of placing/removing items + the ease of searching for any of the contents. I was initially looking for something coparable to a floor model at Costco, yet paid a little more than I had intended, but am very happy and feel that there was a lot of merit in my choice. The best feature is for sure the digital display which indicates the present inside temperature. I set the freezer at 0 degrees, which allows for an additional 11 degrees to use with the "quick freeze" function. Very pleased.

Items went in, but it was too difficult to get them out. The upright freezer in the garage was the perfect solution. Reached freezing temp very quickly at initial setup. The shelves are nicely spaced and the door shelves are generous too.

Got cold fast, quiet and lots of usable space. Just wish thermo gave actual temp along with desired temp.will switch to fridge when family in town.

Appears to be a quality product. The interior is very nice and being an upright, I am able to easily identify every item in the freezer. Far prefer the upright as opposed to rummaging around in a chest freezer. Both work, but the upright is so easy to load and unload. I am very pleased.

It fits at least 400lbs of meat. The only con is that I wish it had a function that would let me know if the door doesn't close all the way, which is the only reason why 1 gave it 4 stars.

The positive reviews were very helpful. We can also say that the people doing the delivery were the best!

As a result, it was not possible to attached the handle securely. Contacting customer service was a hassle and extremely frustrating. After inputting numbers on the phone (e.g., press 1 for this, press 2 for that, etc. ) The first person told me she couldn't help and I would have to go to the store. The store told me I had to call the 800 number. I finally connected with some one who found the transaction and said they would send a replacement, but it was out of stock so it would take a couple of weeks. A month later, I am still waiting for the handle.
