We've only had the freezer for about a month, but so far it has worked out perfectly. We've had some cold spells and it holds temperature, which is what we were looking for.

Love the size, very roomy. I like it that you can use it as fridge or was a freezer.

No issues! Perfect size with reduced footprint. Wife was even surprised it could be used as a fridge only. So much nicer than a chest freezer which require digging for items.

We didn't even realize when we bought this it's a fridge/freezer combo. We just wanted a standing deep freeze. Great for that, gets super cold. The door starts to "chime" when you have it open to long which is a nice little reminder.

I totally love my upright freezer. It is the perfect size for the area it is in. I wish there was a complete line of this brand so I can complete my entire kitchen with the same brand.

Purchased this for extra storage. It is way nicer than you think a freezer should be. Really like the ability to convert this to a full size fridge when necessary. Quiet operation.

the product is easier to use. it works well with no problems at all. the product is inexpensive for the functions it offers. it cools within 3 hours after setup.

I love that I can convert this freezer into a fridge when needed. The space is great in this size. I love the glass solid shelves verse a mettle style.

Our freezer is perfect for us. It is easy to set up and load. It keeps perfect temperature. It can be switched to Refrigerator instead if we prefer. It has a lock on the control which is on the outside of the door. It is quiet and uses very little electricity. Delivery was fast and very efficient

I'm loving my new upright freezer, it has a lot of space and it keeps my food cold.

I was in need of a freezer so I purchased this one. It’s a pretty good product overall and I really like the refrigerator option if I ever need it in the future. The only issue I have with this freezer is that you must be careful when you close the door. YOU MUST MAKE SURE IT’S CLOSED SHUT! You literally must push the door shut and not just swing the door shut like you would normally do. I already had a bad experience where the door was accidentally left slightly open over night and everything thawed out. It has happened again but thankfully I noticed it right away. Just make sure the door is closed. Overall, it does a good job. Just wished the door closed better.

I love this freezer/refrigerator i use it as a freezer and it is by far the best freezer ever lots of room and shelves to keep organized ,i used to think box freezer were good until u fill it and cant find anything,the best chose ever to get an upright freezer to keep organized and rasy access to everything in it.

Awesome upright freezer. Would definitely recommend. Keeps food very cold. Has digital option to convert from freezer to fridge. Haven't used that yet.
