Great Freezer!

It was a streamlined process from selection to delivery. I had my freezer within 4 days! I would recommend the online ordering process to anyone. The Insignia freezer was a good choice. Plenty of space.

All 3 have had broken drawers on the bottom. Not sure how my luck is so bad. Now the 3rd one they dropped off today has a small crack and the top door alarm button is bent. Very unhappy.

It’s been perfect

I keep my freezer in the garage where it gets hot over the summer, but I had no issues with the heat. One thing I wish it had was an alert sound when the door is ajar. I always check to make sure I close the door completely.

We had a freezer chest for a while and it crapped out during an electric surge. We’re able to replace it with a nice upright freezer that we even could initially use as refrigerator until after the birthday party. The only missing it the ability to switch the door from right handed to left handed. Or at least be able to order the mirror configuration.

Super quiet and seems to keep the exact temperature. We have it as a freezer set at -5 and as far as can tell it keeps everything perfect. Sometimes I’m not even sure it’s on as it’s so quiet. It’s only a month old now, and so far we are very happy with the choice.

Not too large but plenty of room for our frozen foods. Imperceptible impact on my electric bill. I didn't necessarily need a convertible freezer/refrigerator, but having the option is great. We bought it for its unique function to operate as a freezer or refrigerator. It is not your normal metal grate shelving garage freezer. Has everything your in kitchen refrigerator has in the way of looks.
