The freezer/ refrigerator is great. Convertible which is one of the best feature.

I like the fact that it has adjustable shelves. The drawers in the bottom are a plus too. Also like the fact that it can be converted to a refrigerator with the touch of a button.

However, we were promised a $150 promotional gift card when we purchased this and have been told online- "nope". I was directed to go to Best Buy directly and discuss this matter. I even screenshot the promotional gift card when I purchased this freezer. I may need to edit this review when I speak directly to Best Buy. One of the attractive reasons of this freezer was an additional gift card.

I already have one of these that I use for a refrigerator, this one I use for a freezer. I love it. Plenty of room, a light, and no frost buildup.

Great freezer

It replaced a 12-year-old Kenmore upright freezer. Have unit in basement as back up. So far, this freezer has been great. Do not plan to use as a refrigerator, already have a one next to it.

It worked great for that purpose and now we use it for overflow freezer items. We are now a family of 5 so its great to be able to have extra freezer space. We will be moving soon and will be living with inlaws. we will be changing the function to fridge so that we have extra fridge space with the increase in people. We are also strongly considering getting a second one for our new home and have one set to fridge and one to freezer. We are immensly happy with this purchase.

Delivery was easy - they have great Covid protocols with doorstep delivery. Product is fantastic! Much larger than anticipated and keeps everything super cold and constantly frozen.

Not too big, not too small, and can actually find things (not like a chest freezer)! Keeps temperature great while looking good doing it! Gotten lots of compliments on the stainless door with info screen on front.
