So far so good, have just had it on the refrigerator mode so far. Love the simple operations!

We have 2 of these 13.8 cu ft convertible freezers in the garage and it works out perfectly, one as a beverage refrigerator and one as an extra storage freezer. Added wire baskets to the freezer so items don't slide off the glass shelves. Have no issues and would definitely recommend this.

Great value for your money. The items stored in the freezer is always accessible, and fresh. The freezer is auto-lock.

Awesome fridge (or freezer)! Got this for a garage fridge and it is amazing. Love all the space. Quality is great.

Compact, frost-free, economical. I like the option to set it for freezer or refrigerator--we use it as a freezer in the garage. Glass shelves are great instead of wire racks.

They came, they opened everything, they turned it on. All I had to do was fill it. lol I really didn't think clearly how big it was going to be. I was tired of our chest freezer because everything you wanted was always down the bottom. This you open and can see everything. I am having a problem with the lock, it doesn't seem to be working, but it could be me, I will have to read the manual. It works awesome in freezing things.

We have been very pleased with the performance thus far of the Insignia upright convertible freezer/refrigerator. We have a counter depth refrigerator in our kitchen and it leave us wanting more fridge space especially at the holidays. It has maintained its temperature despite being packed full. I cannot speak to the freezer capabilities, but would assume it would operate well.

Awesome unit. Works great. Only suggestion would be to put a thermometer on outside of unit and make the door reversible.

This freezer is brand new, but so far we love it. We replaced a chest freezer with this upright model. My wife spent a couple of happy hours switching over and organizing. She loves to organize so I got her this as a surprise present. I knew she was tired of digging around in the chest freezer, hanging almost upside down to reach the very bottom...but anyway, now we just open the door and everything is neatly laid out before us. Our quality of live just went up again.

Took it home, removed box and it looked like the box was rubbing on the front of it about 4”s down from the top. That was disappointing but the freezer is a nice size and works really well. Even pulls a vacuum when you shut the door.

Delivery was good and friendly and they made it level. Freezer mode is excellent

Excellent Freezer. I am very happy with this purchase. It looks good and keeps ice cream frozen. The one it replaced would not do that and was full of frost. Love this freezer.

This is a great size freezer for two people. It has plenty of room for the extra groceries and it is energy efficient. We are very pleased with it.

I am giving the actual freezer 5 stars as it does everything as advertised. The 13.8 cu ft is perfect for our family size of 6. I can store a quarter cow butchered with extra space for 5 full chickens, 4 chickens butchered, 25 pounds of pork butchered and still have room for 5 2lb bags of frozen vegetables, and other miscellaneous items. I love the temp setting display. We have yet to use this as a full on refrigerator. We were thinking about purchasing another unit as our back up fridge. I am however, taking away one star because the unit arrived damaged and Best Buy said it would credit me for the damage and I have not seen or heard from Best Buy since it was delivered back in June 2020. Best Buy customer service is terrible and have not returned any of my calls on this matter.

I love this convertible garage fridge/freezer. We’re using this as a freezer and absolutely love it. So easy to organize (and not lose!!!) whatever we put in it. If I stock up on loss leaders, I use the quick-freeze feature. Couldn’t be happier. I plan to add one more as a refrigerator.

Impressed! Works great. Freezing cold. It serves as a good garage fridge.
