Great freezer for the value. Bottom line, it does its job. This survives the cold of MN as a garage freezer with zero issues. If by again.

Had it for a few weeks now, and works great so far. Was tired of having to dig through our decade old chest freezer, so got it to store meat and separate it from the veggies. Love the shelf space, better convenience of the stand up freezer, and that I can adjust temperature settings with the touch pad. Wouldn’t hesitate to get another one if needed.

I like this freezer/fridge, it can be one or the other. I especially appreciate the digital screen on the outside that always displays the temperature. The freezer was accidentally unplugged the other day and because the display was not on and the screen black, it alerted me to check on it. I plugged it back in, thankfully it was only unplugged for an hour. I would have never known it was unplugged without the digital display!

We needed a freezer in a hurry. Our old one died on a Saturday night. We purchased the Insignia on Sunday with Tuesday delivery. The temperature read-out, along with the other controls on the door make it easy to know where you stand. Our old unit was 13.7 so room-wise it handled all we have. Shelves are tempered glass and easy to clean. Very clean design all around.

This freezer is ideal for our small office space. We liked that is was taller and narrow, it fit in the space we had perfectly

I love my Upright Freeze. This freeze hold more food then my old chest freezer and you can see everything. The price was the best compare with the other stores, and the service/delivery was great.

I love the upright design. The design makes it easy to find items. I also love the temperature display on the outside of the freezer in addition to the open door alarm. Furthermore, the freezer fits and looks perfect in our basement.

This is our first freezer and we are glad we chose this model, since the size was perfect for the location. The timing was great for the summer, since we were able to get ice cream and pizza in quantity. We also were able purchase and store frozen fruit in warehouse size bags, that we use often for smoothies. The free delivery was an important plus!

We've had this freezer for about a month and have found no issues with it. Since we intend to use it as only a freezer, the knowledge that using it as a refrigerator is somewhat dangerous (in case of a power outage it will default to freezer when the power returns) matters little to us, even though short power outages on REA are common and often go unnoticed. As a freezer it seems to be ideal so far.

So far, I love this garage freezer/refrigerator. Our sales representative, Linda, was very informative with the sale and setting up the delivery. The delivery was on time and the two guys set it up exactly where I wanted it. Operation (changing modes) is easy.
