Unit is in our basement and holds its temperature - we used the fast freeze feature which did work well. Really like the glass shelves and bottom basket. Everything was as advertised has a clean and sleek design for a white upright. Great having the external display for monitoring the mode and temperature.

It is so much more convenient to use than the freezer box in our fridge. I can easily view what we have and don’t have. I love it and I am glad I bought it.

I had an old chest freezer that worked but was just became a chest to bury stuff in and would have to dig out everything to rotate older stuff to the top. we bought this as a replacement and I have used as a freezer and then switched it to use as a fridge for marinating lots of meat for smoking I am actually going to buy another one for a spare.

It has been in use ever since and I love this unit! It was not what I set it out to buy but was all I could get at the time. Price was good, unit is awesome! Has not failed me yet! So much so, we are looking to get another! We use our current one as a freezer and it is a workhorse!

Love this deep freezer

I put it in my garage. It's the perfect size. You can use it as a deep freezer or a refrigerator. But not both at the same time. I would buy another one.

We were looking for something that would be a "deep freeze" for an affordable price AND this Insignia has the added benefit of an adjustment to turn it into a refrigerator! So, for those who host parties this is a must have because you can set it as a fridge to store all of your prepared foods and when the party is over, switch it to freezer and freeze all of your leftovers!

Shelfs are will positioned for storage of different size and weights. I like the display on the door that lets you know the exact inside temperature. Also like the feature that beeps if you leave the door open by mistake. Delivery team did a good job of removing the old unit and installing the new one. Answered all the questions I had.
