Mine stopped working shortly after 1 year warranty period. This is a Best Buy brand and they said they can't fix it because parts are unavailable and too expensive. I spent over 2 hours dealing with customer service only to be told "sorry" we can't do anything to help. Best Buy has lost a long time customer due to their unwillingness to stand behind their own product.

Just the right size

It is just the right size to fit in the garage. We waited 24 hours for the unit to convert to a freezer before adding food after the freezer was delivered. This was recommended by the delivery person but the freezer was ready for use in about 2 hours. The shelves are clear glass and there is a large crisper drawer on the bottom. The freezer runs quietly and so far we are very pleased. The freezer holds a lot of food.
