I was leery of a name that i wasn't use to. I'm so glad i bought this Insignia fridge/freezer. It can be used as a refrigerator or as a freezer. I bought it for an extra freezer. It got super cold, quickly. The seal on the door is unbelievable. It takes a lot of pull to open the door. If you can get your hands on one, you won't be disappointed.

The shelves are glass instead of metal racking,a little concerned about weight capacity for bulkier items

Sometimes the door sensor doesn't work properly

We seitched one out for this upright freezer. It's SO much better! Now we don't have to take everything out to see what we have underneath everything else. And I love the digital thermostat.
