Keeps things well frozen. Good tight seal—slightly hard to open, but also keeps kids from opening it—has been perfect so far!

We purchased the Insignia on Sunday with Tuesday delivery. The temperature read-out, along with the other controls on the door make it easy to know where you stand. Our old unit was 13.7 so room-wise it handled all we have. Shelves are tempered glass and easy to clean. Very clean design all around.

It has an amazing amount of storage space in it and can easily store $600 worth of meat, frozen pizzas, cheese, gallons of milk, etc. to keep the shopping trips down to once every two weeks. Allows you to buy meat on sale (if that is a thing anymore, kind of like trying to find a white rhino in mid-2020) to save money.

What a difference. We are using it as a supplemental freezer but love the feature of using it as a refrigerator for when we have parties and need the space. We like the design and configuration of shelves and the simple controls.
