my wife and family needed a freezer so they could easily manage. It has availability for these fussy teenagers. Also, has a feature that chimes to let you know if the door is still open! A no brainer if you have kids.

The space is set up really well. I love being able to see all items. It switches good between freezer and fridge as needed for space. It has been the best brand of freezer I have owned over the years.

2nd freezer for garage. Really attractive in stainless steel. I think it is a degree or 2 less cold than my refrigerator freezer. The vertical door is easy on my back, never getting a chest freezer again.

The reason I wanted this specific model was the temperature display on the door. It turns out that the temperature displayed is simply the temperature you set it to and not the actual temperature. I had to buy a couple thermostats for the inside to measure the actual temp. For example it showed 0 degrees even an hour after I first plugged it in while inside it hadn’t reached freezing yet. I took my thermostat from my other fridge and put it in there and next day it showed -10 while display still showed 0. So that display is fairly useless. The other thing I don’t like is that unlike most fridges, there is no cover at the back for the area where the coil and electrical cord is which can allow rodents to come into the garage and chew on the cord. Finally I had read a review that said that if you were using it in refrigerator mode instead of freezer mode and if power goes out and comes back on, the unit goes to freezer mode. There should have been a simply battery backup that saves settings similar to how home thermostats have. On the plus side the unit seems to be working fine and the inside lighting is good.

I had purchased this item online and it was so easy and convenient to check out and arrange pickup. The freezer works wonderfully and I know I will be purchasing more large appliances from Best Buy

its a great freezer, for small spaces. I wish the handle to open would be smaller or different. as I have limited space. an upright make it all very accesible. I could not find anything on my previous freezer . I would recommend this. to anyone. if I could I would give it 4 and 3/4 stars. and th

I really love this freezer, the only minor issue is the door handle easily breaks off. I suggest you open it from the top instead of using the handle. Otherwise it’s an amazing freezer.

Perfect size for us as retired people. Lots of room for cookies & baked goods.

Good size, and good to have the flexibility of freezer/fridge, although have only used as freezer so far. Works well, downsized from a larger one, and find this one meets our needs.

The process from product selection to the final installation was seamless. The in store team member was extremely knowledgeable & quickly found the perfect freezer that fit our space requirements. When the item was delivered & installed, the staff took their time but we very efficient as they were in & out in no time. The product works great & I couldn’t be happier.

Great freezer, cooled down to temp within a few hours. Had a small dent in the rear bottom when delivered, but does not affect the functioning. The interior is larger than I expected great for a larger family!

The freezer is a great size and delivery was good. We returned the first one because it took 30 hours to fully freeze so we put in a thermometer. After 30 hours, It was cooling 11 degrees below what we set it at. Best Buy replaced it and once again, the temperature is 8 degrees below what we set it at. We even bought a new freezer thermometer to make sure. When I read some of the reviews and problems, many of them seem to be from the freezer getting too cold. Appropriate temp for a freezer is approximately 0 degrees. From what I read, -10 is too cold and very hard on the freezer. We now have it set at 8 degrees and check the thermometer every time we use it. I also regret that the read out on the door gives you the temp that it is set at, not the temp of the freezer. If you have this freezer, I suggest you buy a thermometer to monitor the temperature.
