It did come with dents in the door and despite promises to do so, Best Buy never called to offer support. So far it works well for our needs, but the delivery drivers did say repeatedly that Insignia appliances are frequently dented and damaged.

We replaced a 28 year old chest freezer with it and it is so much easier to find items in it. It fits our needs perfectly

Sometimes the door sensor doesn't work properly
