I’m sad…that I didn’t but this sooner. Best purchase ever. Having to dig for meat in a regular deep freezer can be hard especially when you’re short. Being able to see everything in an upright freezer changes the game. Imagine being able to see and get to your meat is pretty awesome.

Seems to being running efficiantly, prefer the upright over the chest freezer espically as I am older

I've had the freezer/refrigerator more than a year. I have to say I was skeptical about purchasing a brand I knew nothing about. Delivery was fast and the persons delivering were courteous, and helpful with installation. The freezer spent its first year in my uninsulated garage and it hasn't skipped a beat even when the outside temperature reached -24 degrees Fahrenheit.

Freezes well, no complaints. Would be a little better if the bottom tabs were a little more adjustable so it works a little bit better on our slanted basement floor, but the freezing part works great.

This was an open boxed item. This is the same freezer I have been watching on best buy.com. We have had this item for a few weeks now. We are so excited to have this freezer. We are upgrading from a 7cf chest freezer. It is so nice being able to see everything in the freezer all at once without having to unload food or dig around to find things. Would highly recommend this item. This is perfect for a small family of 3.

No problems, exactly what we wanted for an extra freezer. Bonus that it can also be used as a fridge if needed.
