However when using it as a refrigerator it will not cool under 40°F even though the temperature is set to 35°, which is as low as it will go in refrigerator mode.

The upper door insulation allows some air and moisture, which freezes at the top. Also i received no paperwork with the unit - i ordered from the Best Buy app with pickup at the store - got the 5 year warranty - store stated they don't have the paperwork and couldn't get it from Best Buy direct. So far it functions as advertised. I use it solely as a freezer.

Is advertised as garage ready and will work with temperatures from 0-110, but during a recent heat wave my garage hit 91 and the food in the freezer seemed to thaw out a little. Once the garage cooled off a bit, then it was fine.
