Love the digital control on the outside. Freezer has a door chime to ensure door is closed completely. Picked this over the whirlpool for price and door bins which are not available on the equivalent whirlpool model.

Lots of storage space, many compartments, and storage shelving is useful. Stays clean, no ice build up, and when the door is shut it will suction tight on its own. Perfect upright freezer.

Mine stopped working shortly after 1 year warranty period. This is a Best Buy brand and they said they can't fix it because parts are unavailable and too expensive. I spent over 2 hours dealing with customer service only to be told "sorry" we can't do anything to help. Best Buy has lost a long time customer due to their unwillingness to stand behind their own product.
