Needed a new freezer fast. This was the best available.

Plugged it in! After a few hours it cooled down to 0 degrees. It does exactly what it's supposed to do. Lots of interior room, well laid out. Good bright light. What more can you ask?

This was an easy install and start. Solid, well built and so far all is good. Using it as a freezer and it froze the ice trays very quickly upon its start.

Excellent customer service got it to us quickly and then I just had to plug it in. It freezes quickly and stays very clean because there no ice build up

I will not be purchasing another product from Best Buy bought this freezer in March 2024. I don’t know how long but we discovered it’s been leaking and when it started leaking it brought about pest in our home they came to exchange it and they said to me, they can’t exchange it because it’s infected. Well it wouldn’t be infected if it wasn’t leaking so now I had to contract Orkin and it’s still leaks and the critters are still there and they’ve left me in a position where they want me to put it outside on my deck overnight, but if I do that, what do I do about my food that’s in the freezer bad customer experience

So far so good! The freezer up until now we can't complain about what we got. Appears to be of good quality for the money. Would have liked to have payed the lower price.

Love this freezer/refrigerator combo. I’ve only use it as a freezer and it freezes very well and quickly.

It's a good freezer, and it's nice to have the digital display to show the temperature setting and measurement. It also has a warning to display if the door is open, which is good for piece of mind.

The freezer is what was advertised. It was delivered when promised. It is very efficient and fits just where I need it to.

Works great if you're using it as a freezer. However when using it as a refrigerator it will not cool under 40°F even though the temperature is set to 35°, which is as low as it will go in refrigerator mode.

I have a problem with the refrigerator door opening on its own. On 3 occasions we have walked in to the food totally defrosted. The first time we thought someone must have left it open, trashed the food, and restarted. The second time we were scratching our heads, the third time we saw that the door will open on its own for some strange reason, At this point, it has caused us money and I am disappointed. This is my third standing refrigerator freezer - and the only reason I bought this one was for aesthetics. I am disappointed. We never had a problem with the others.

I have only had the product for a few months, but so far, I am really happy with it! It was easy to set up and has a lot of space.
