French Door Refrigerator - Stainless steel as I had to purchase this freezer because of the following situation: I purchased this and paid the full price to make my wife happy. We noticed some defects and requested an exchange. The replacement came with dents too. Today they brought another one and it was OPEN-BOX and had defects too. Now we're scheduled once again for Wednesday and really suspect it'll be free of problems this time. So it was supposed to make my wife happy but they turned it into a nightmare. Btw I don't have any problems with the quality of the product, in general I'll rate it over 4 out of 5 (the material quality of the drawers is a bit low compared to what you pay.) I'm really disappointed with the service I get. Today the service was in my place for the 6th time still not resolved. They replace the water valve second time, and will replace the water reservoir second time for the next visit-who knows when. So still no water no ice during these hot summer days. How nice right? And I was supposed to have a call from bestbuy in 24 hours now it's been more than 10 days and no call so far. Good job best(WORST) buy
