    Just as advertised. Nice and frost free. A great upgrade from the 1984 standup freezer it replaced. Hope it lasts just as long as the old one.

    so far all good!! haven't tried the ref. (set up) but the freezer really does the job! just don't overload the glass shelves!

    It is a great product! Great size! Just sucked when I opened the box and it had a huge dent in it. Spend a lot of money and it had a dent in it there was no damage to the box witch means it was done at the original factory.

    We upgraded from a smaller chest freezer to this upright one. We have not had any issues with frost or the door not closing. This is a great choice for us.

    I had an issue from the factory but with no questions asked just a phone call they brought me a new one and took the old one away it was the easiest return I've ever done in my life thank goodness because it was within 3 weeks but I will deal with Best buy in the future forever their prices around the holidays are amazing and this last return was just phenomenal the way they handled it

    Was wanting a auto defrost stand up freezer. The one I purchased was easy to set up and has inside lighting. Glad I got this one

    This freezer is really nice. Love the bins on the door - nothing will slip out the side of these bins. Also there is great lighting so you won't have to grope in the dark to find what you want.

    Nice extra freezer. The upright design makes it much easier to find things in the freezer. Only had it for a few weeks but appears to be a quailty product.

    It freezes quite nicely. Chimes when the door opens and has an indicator that tells you if the door isn’t closed securely. Overall a great appliance.
