We purchased it for the convenience of not having to go down stairs to use and not having to dig down through a chest freezer and not having to throw away foods stuck on the bottom, for years.

Whatever dented it caused the side panel to be dented pretty good and it is not a heavy fridge so was not done during the setup. Tried calling in and asking if I have any recourse and have waited numerous time I can only get Artificial intelligence and no real people. When I finally waited the full 10 minutes I got a voice that sent me back to the queue of AI again... Then I tried the PC and it stated that I would be waiting 42 minutes for a CHAT... I can DRIVE TO THE STORE in 20 minutes.. Love the store, the service level to talk to a person or get help is useless... Really disappointed more with the service then the fridge itself..
