Whatever dented it caused the side panel to be dented pretty good and it is not a heavy fridge so was not done during the setup. Tried calling in and asking if I have any recourse and have waited numerous time I can only get Artificial intelligence and no real people. When I finally waited the full 10 minutes I got a voice that sent me back to the queue of AI again... Then I tried the PC and it stated that I would be waiting 42 minutes for a CHAT... I can DRIVE TO THE STORE in 20 minutes.. Love the store, the service level to talk to a person or get help is useless... Really disappointed more with the service then the fridge itself..

My entire freezer full of food spoiled as the freezer turned off. Since I did not purchase an extended warranty, I'm being asked to pay a $129 service charge. I've tried to find other appliance repair companies to come to fix, but have been told that Insignia parts are difficult to get so most companies don't service this appliance. I do not recommend this product or Best Buy.
