Melted all food 3 times in a little over a year!

This is the third time it has melted down everything inside the freezer. The first two times I thought the kids had left the door open. This time my wife noticed the rolls she pulled out were soft. I checked everything and it seemed to be working. No codes or warm warning alarm so I unplugged it for a bit wondering if the defrost setting was stuck on. I closed it and turned on quick freeze. This morning everything was melted down.

Fridge & Freezer

It work well, kept everything cold. Once our Refrigerator came we turned the freezer into a freezer. That worked as it should

Would be 5 stars if display showed current temp

Like the fact that shelves are glass and not wire ones. Removing 1 star for the fact that external temp display does not show current temp inside but it is only for adjustment.
