I know my food was unthawed tried to get the temperature back right it took a few hours to get it running but the digital in the front is off comes on when I open the door. I hope it lasts I've seen mixed reviews. Reason for three stars but still working as of now. Not aa year old yet purchased Jan (22)

We only had 1 frozen pizza on it. so it was not caused by the weight on the shelf. Due to lack of inventory they have not been able to replace the freezer since this was a manufacture problem.
