Damages are not getting fixed.

The product was damaged when I received it and it has taken 3 phone calls over 2 weeks and still no confirmation on replacement. The delivery team said someone would be calling in 24 hours and no such luck. I have called 3 times and each time there is a new excuse. This is a big fail Best Buy!!

Seems they could have put a protective screen or grate over it.
