Took it home...didn't work. Called and was told they would send some one to fix it...then they called and said no bring it back they would exchange it. A lot of work for me..for a mistake make by your company.

I also had an incident where my grandson left the door ajar but I never heard the alert. Most of my food was about to be defrosted. Some food had to be shared with my daughter. Otherwise, it functions well. Im also unable to adjust the temperature

It’s hard to open, also when you push it, some time it doesn’t close. You have to push it hard again to close it. You have to be extra careful always to make sure door is closed after you push the door to close it. Not worth it for the money.
