Took it home...didn't work. Called and was told they would send some one to fix it...then they called and said no bring it back they would exchange it. A lot of work for me..for a mistake make by your company.

I also had an incident where my grandson left the door ajar but I never heard the alert. Most of my food was about to be defrosted. Some food had to be shared with my daughter. Otherwise, it functions well. Im also unable to adjust the temperature

We did not, 18 month and the unit died. Best Buy won’t touch it without the extended coverage, Insignia won’t repair anything smaller than 19 cubic feet, called several independent repair shops, no one will touch it.
