Agent said “the warranty has expired. It is not repairable “. I am not sure how he made this determination over the phone. He then said “There is nothing I can do”. Connected me with Insignia (the manufacturer) support. Was told the same thing. BestBuy has lost my business forever.

I would have to reset it at least weekly and the week i went on vacation i came home to a full freezer of thawed out rotting meat. A ridiculous amount of money lost because the freezer died in underv2 years. Total waste of money

My freezer doesn't work

Not happy at all. Having to talk to 5 different people to get this taken care of is very disturbing.

Extra height for purely 'decorative' hinge fascia plate is actually a REAL ANNOYANCE as it almost doesn't work with the space I have. Otherwise, basically a generic garage freezer. That fake, useless hinge arrangement is a real pain, though.

I wasn't home at install (my neighbor was), and they didn't tell him or me about it. Since then I've called TWICE a month apart on 20-30 minute holds telling me the 3rd party claim company would contact me. And NOTHING has been done for months. Awful!

good freezer

Does not beep when door is not closed as manual says. Cannot be fixed, entire freezer needs to be replaced and stainless steel is not available. This is in our kitchen and we do not want white so living with it.
