    I am so mad right now. The original delivery time was from 7am to 7pm. My wife and I took the whole day off for our freezer delivery. We moved the old one out to the garage and I even took off the laundry room door to give even more room. The time got changed to 3pm to 7pm. No problem watched the map where Christopher drove all around the area. The time got pushed out all the way to 9pm. Still no problem. Eventually at 8:30 it said he was on the way and would be there in 20 minutes. So I waited at the end of my driveway for forty minutes. Nothing I tried calling best buy, but the help line said someone would be right with me and hung up twice. They obviously cancelled on me. No phone call, no email, no text. So inconsiderate

    Broke in less than 2 years

    Worked fine for the first year and a half , after that it went downhill. I would have to reset it at least weekly and the week i went on vacation i came home to a full freezer of thawed out rotting meat. A ridiculous amount of money lost because the freezer died in underv2 years. Total waste of money

    Freezer great...Bestbuy not so much

    Freezer failed after 16 months. Purchased 5-yr warranty, Bestbuy made me bring the freezer to the store and I was told 8-10 weeks for repair. Not acceptable. The freezer was great while it was working ... not happy with Bestbuy at all.

    I have been using this product for a year, biggest issue is the door is very tight. It’s hard to open, also when you push it, some time it doesn’t close. You have to push it hard again to close it. You have to be extra careful always to make sure door is closed after you push the door to close it. Not worth it for the money.

    Replaces a similar unit that just stopped working. Extra height for purely 'decorative' hinge fascia plate is actually a REAL ANNOYANCE as it almost doesn't work with the space I have. Otherwise, basically a generic garage freezer. That fake, useless hinge arrangement is a real pain, though.

    Once plugged in and running for a few hours,the door was nearly impossible to open. It took 2 hands and an extreme amount of force to open door. I returned it for a different model.

    Found the right size in stainless. Wish door hinge could be changed. Does not beep when door is not closed as manual says. Cannot be fixed, entire freezer needs to be replaced and stainless steel is not available. This is in our kitchen and we do not want white so living with it.

    Nice size for what we needed,but door handle gets locked every time,you have to click on door open , looks like we would loose or break the handle soon.

    If I could give zero stars I would. Freezer failed after 14 months. Called BestBuy support. Agent said “the warranty has expired. It is not repairable “. I am not sure how he made this determination over the phone. He then said “There is nothing I can do”. Connected me with Insignia (the manufacturer) support. Was told the same thing. BestBuy has lost my business forever.

    Worked fine until it didn't. After 19 months it suddenly stopped freezing. After an hour getting transferred to 3 different Geek Squad agents, the agent said that there are no parts available, and they cannot even schedule someone to repair it - even for the $130 in-home service price - because it's out of warranty and they don't have ANY parts listed for it. I now have a $670 doorstop. If I bought the service plan, I'm told it would have been replaced.
