    After 4+ months of use, it randomly stops cooling for 24-48 hours and it’s ruined our entire freezer of products 3 times now. We’re past the return window so I can’t even return it. We no longer trust the freezer and are trying to navigate the warranty process (not really expecting a long term fix). Avoid at all costs.

    Can’t hold anywhere near set temp

    Had lots of good reviews so i needed a new basment drink fridge. Set it to 35 which is the lowest fridge temp you can set, put a wireless thermometer in there and its consistently over 42 degrees and never goes below 40. So if you like having lukewarm beverages. I would put it as a dont buy or dont use for any food needs. I haven’t tried the freezer because i didnt need a freezer.

    Garage ready?

    This freezer is supposed to be garage ready. Summer has barely began and this freezer has not lived up to that. Twice this freezer has started to thaw. Very disappointed. Do not purchase this if it will be in a garage.

    Think twice before purchasing from Best Buy. The product arrived damaged. I was told they would bring a replacement in two weeks. They didn’t show up. I was then told they would arrive the following Friday. They again did not show up or communicate in any way. It’s time to give up and cancel the charge on my card.

    This is a replacement because the other went out in 2 1/2 yrs. Glad I had the replacement warranty. Hoping this one holds up longer.

    It's not reliable. maybe just for ice.

    It went out of order after 9 months. I lost about five hundred dollar of food in it. Bestbuy wont do anything about the food and I lost trust with this freezer no matter what.

    Buy somewhere else. Delivery was the worst experience. Paid for haul away service and delivery. People did not take away on the first or second visit had to schedule a third visit. Was supposed to get a bestbuy gift voucher for my troubles and that never happened either.

    Quit working in less than 10 days. Had to return it. Not very good quality and obviously couldn’t do it’s job.

    At less than 18 months old the compressor has died and will cost more to fix than we spent on it. And of course, at over 12 months old, it isn't covered by warranty. When asked why the compressor died, the tech said "the brand".
