    Nice freezer

    Great freezer except it came dented on each side but not the front. The delivery guys did not care. They ran it into the basement just as fast as they could hitting door handles and walls.

    Broke in less than a month.

    Broken in under a month. Purchased on May 18th, broke June 7. Temp is at 60 degrees. Had to throw away $300 worth of food. No coverage in the warranty for that. Buyer beware on this one.

    I have two Insignia TVs and they are great so I thought this freezer would be great as well. I was wrong. The first one had a broken open door alarm. The replacement would not get below 56 degrees. I even set it to quick freeze mode which made no difference. I returned the second one and got a refund. Insignia should stick to making TV's

    Difficult to set the freezer temperature. Cheaply made ... probably needs more insulation.

    Stopped working after 15 months. Bestbuy offered no help. Everything inside was spoiled. Garbage!

    Stopped working after a year. There are no parts available, so unless you want to pay a repairman, not serviced by Geek Squad, you can count this a total loss.

    We wish to buy it from deferent company , Bust buy give us big hard time. we never recommend this Best buy company. we ask for help they did't give us any hands. and cancel our warranty.

    Loved this fridge, but have had it less than 2 months and the shelves already cracked. I thought I had seen something about this happening to someone else, and still purchased due to so many good reviews and hoped it didnt happen to me. Bummer.

    I like the freezer, but two of the shelves were broken during delivery. Best Buy won't send replacement shelves.

    Freezer failed as others have experienced with this product. got up to 45F and the warranty providers were no help at all

    my insignia freezer went out one month after the one year warranty was expired. All the food in my freezer was found to be soft ands the freezer stopped working.
