Solid Freezer, but Parts are an Issue

Our freezer sits in the garage (in Florida) and works like a champ. Noticed the door gasket was wearing down and was not making a good seal. Thought, no biggie, just grab a new one. Nope. Not easy. Part originates out of Canada and guess, what, no shipping to US. They will redirect you to the US site, but they don't stock any parts for it. Further search of Google for the part yielded one store and they are not the manufacturer of the freezer. Hope it works.
