I will say I thought the price was a bit steep but then I think most things right now are over price. I looked for a freezer for 6 months and this one was the best price for it's size. The service was great!

The 2nd delivery was excellent. They not only took the damaged freezer and packaging materials, they also removed the next freezer from the packaging and verified its condition. Great overall experience.

Save Yourself the Frustration and Look Elsewhere
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We've had this freezer since April 2020, and I am writing this in Oct 2023. Freezer died on us yesterday. From the outside it looked like it was still functioning. It was still making the usual sounds. And inside it, everything was thawed. We tried to change setting and it was just not working at all. I had to trash everything inside. It was kind of a crummy freezer to begin with. We had to really make sure the door closed by pressing the door hard so it would seal. We had a miss once where the door was the slightest bit cracked open and everything spoiled. It looked closed, but the seal around the door wasn't engaged at all. No alarms sounded or anything so we didn't notice it at the time. It sucked having all the food ruin because the door wasn't properly sealed without being pushed hard. Simply just closing it wasn't enough. Sad that we paid so much for it to last not even 4 years. Appliances are too expensive to be so poor quality.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am very disappointed on this product because it went out just under 3 yrs and it suppose to be the top of the line for Best Buy! I lost a lot of food due to it breaking so soon. I didn't take out the extended warranty because at the time I thought it cost too much and my last freezer lasted over 20 years. I guess lesson learn is don't depend on things lasting as long as the previous item. Will take out warranty next time.

I love all the shelves and that i don’t have to dig to find stuff. I didn’t realize that I selected the white but it is nice. I am happy with my purchase.
