Horrible Stops working after less than 2 years

No support for Junk Product

Poor Quality
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The bluetooth enablement went after a few months and the chiming was very annoying. By 6 months the display quit working. At 10 months the quit working and we lost all our frozen food. Not impressed

Waste of money!

We lost hundreds of dollars worth of meat. I had an appliance repair company out and it would cost double the value of it to repair. He said its SUPER common on these Insigina brand freezers to go out just over the year mark.

Tempature varies way to much 27 degree swing

I have wireles thermometer in it and it will vary for -12 to +15. If have the temperature set to -11 which is the max low for freezer setting

Broke After 13 Months and Terrible Customer Servic

When we called Best Buy they told us there was nothing they could do because we were ONE month outside of warranty. Incredibly disappointing! Do not buy! We lost $300 worth of food.

Lasted just over 4 years - compressor died.

Stored in basement not a garage where it didnt need to work hard in the heat or contend with a lot of dirt/dust. Costs more to repair than to replace. Will buy a different brand to replace this one.

Didn't last 3 years.
