Good product,i love the fact that it is automatic but the down side is that they did not add battery to the package.

Really impressed with how easy this trash can has siplified throwing trash away without having to open a lid or use my hands to open the trash. I would recommend this trash can to all my freinds and family. Really is made put of good quality and has a clean look to it.

Got this on sale for $40 and it works great!! Fits perfectly in my kitchen and the motion sensor lid is awesome!

This trash can does exactly what is advertised. The only teal issue I have is having it detect my hand when I go to throw something away. One thing I learned is that after having a trash can without a lid for years is how often I used to physically toss trash into the can.

This automatic trash can works great and is easy to use. Runs on 2 D Batteries. Got it at a great price!

Works pretty well. The lower lip/lid needs to be sitting just right or the flap closure won’t close all the way. I don’t know that I would have paid $70 for this but I had a$40 credit that I used. Thought it would keep my dogs out but the dang dogs figured out how to open it with motion lol…. If you don’t have dogs this is the perfect trash can for you.

We purchased this last year just after Thanksgiving 2022 and still have zero regrets! I love this model… full 13 gallon capacity and looks stylish.. easy to wipe down and clean since the trash bag stays securely in place without slipping under the top lid which keeps the inside spotless. I only need to clean the removable lid with a quick damp paper towel wipe down when changing out the trash bags. My favorite feature is the ability to keep it open when preparing meals or during cleanup really saves time and the battery. I use lemon scented bags and with the cover down most of the day we never smell anything unpleasant nor neeed the see the trash inside. Keeps the kitchen looking nice and smelling clean. I’ve owned many covered and/or automatic trash cans (too many) and this one is hands down the very best one I’ve ever used and is holding up very well… almost a full year later it still looks and works exactly like it did when it was brand new … it’s been just perfect in my opinion!

Good product for the money. Stylish and easy to use

I was skeptical about buying this trash can because I know next to nothing about the Insignia brand but I am thrilled with this purchase! It’s the perfect size for my kitchen, the bags I bought at Sam’s Club fit perfectly and it looks expensive but is affordable. I’ve had it a few weeks now and we haven’t had a problem with it as of yet. I definitely recommend getting this one if you don’t like the idea of touching the lid to open/close it!

Great garbage can at a great price. I like the automatic lid as compared to the foot lever in other brands as I would always need to reposition the can as it would move as I stepped on the lever. This one does not do that. The only thing I have found that I like less is peeling hard-boiled eggs over the open can as the lip will keep trying to close ;-) Not bad if this is the worst I can say about it.
