LOVED the trash can, until it stopped working. We only had it 9 months and the lid quick opening. We changed batteries and everything, doesn't open anymore. The light is still on and flashing, we just think the gears that open the lid quit on us. Its a very expensive trash can if the lid doesn't work.

Works great!!! Perfect size and easy bagging. I will buy another one when they are on sale again.

..and if it does my condolences on the life you were leading before this. But it does what it's supposed to do - it opens up with a wave of the hand, and closes again a few seconds later. There's no interior can, and the lid is designed to hold the bag in place as opposed to stretching the opening out and around an interior can.

Nice trash, works great, has vents in the bottom so you don't have to "burp" the trash bag. Be careful, this can allow you to fill the trash can too full and be difficult to pull the bag out. The photo sensor is sensitive and lifts the lid every time I walk by, so I am curious as to how long the batteries will last.

Just what I needed. Not to large or to small. It is also very attractive piece.

I bought this for my grandparents because they host a lot to help minimize the spread of germs. It still works like new after a year of use and hardly ever needs the batteries changed! Easy to take apart to clean and holds the bag in nicely under the lid.

Like that it has motion sensor so when I have my hands full it opens by itself.

It is streamline and pleasant to look at. Perfect for my little kitchen

I love this trashcan! Its so good to have in your kitchen when you are cooking and your hands are dirty or full ! I initially thought the price was too expensive.I waited until it went on sale and got it then.So far I have zero complaints....lets hope it stays that way.I purchzsed z warranty just in case.The only thing yhat O dont likeis the lid.Its plastic and flimsyandut looks like itciuld break easily

I purchased this system to replace another brand’s system that stopped working. I put the batteries in, added the garbage bag, and it’s been great ever since. I love the automatic open and close. Great purchase so far.

Ordered this for store pickup to eliminate damage while on home delivery trucks. The one I order from an online only company came badly dented, even though the box looked fine. This one was perfect. Works great although it will open unnecessarily if placed in an area of high traffic. Uses D batteries; I would prefer that it used AA batteries; haven’t had it long enough to see if it’s battery hog.

Works beautifully if you can say about garbage can. Should be able to turn off in closed position to prevent lid damage.

It's maybe my favorite product that I bought and a long time from best buy. It works great and it looks great and my kitchen and it keeps. The smells from the garbage in the can surprisingly well highly recommended

I’ve had a touch free trashcan for years. When my old one of a different brand stopped working I found this on Best Buy deal of the day. I was hesitant but it’s been working great and it looks good too.

Nice can. I purchased the smaller size and really like it so I got the full size can. Two minor complaints small can uses AA batteries for automatic lid. The full size uses 2 D cells so batteries more expensive and functions the same. Second is the lid opens everytime someone walks by. Wish it was less sensitive.

It works very good. The size is just right for the bags we use. Also it’s convenient when your hands are dirty and you don’t want to touch the can.
